Private and Group Event Possibilities:

• Rent the entire house for your event!

• You can rent the bar area and hire a licensed, bonded and insured caterer to serve liquor

• We have access to many professional musicians, DJ’s, entertainers, limo services and charters to make private events even more spectacular

• We have certified yoga teachers available for private or group classes

• Hire our dance teacher to make a party or wedding fun for all

Private and Group Event Requirements:

• Historic Pelham House is available to rent 365 days per year

• The atrium can easily seat 35 guests and up to 45 comfortably

• An overnight stay is not required to rent the dining room

• Videos of weddings and other special events are allowed and still photos are always fine

Payment information:

• Private and Group Events require a non-refundable, or full payment, whichever is less, to secure the date.

• Once a Private Event is paid for, the price is locked in. There will be no increases due to market changes.

• We accept Visa, MC, American Express, cash and personal and company checks as payment.
